MOULDING: PRECISION FROM THE VERY FIRST STAGE

Production begins in the molding department, equipped with cutting-edge technologies for processing plastics. All components of our filters are manufactured in-house, ensuring precise tolerances, mechanical strength, and perfect compatibility between parts. The entire process is monitored by specialized personnel to guarantee the highest structural and functional reliability of the finished product.

Injection molding machines are the fundamental equipment for producing plastic components. The process begins with melting the plastic material (usually in granules), such as polypropylene, Styrolux, or fiberglass, which is heated until it becomes fluid. Once the optimal temperature is reached, the molten material is injected at high pressure into a steel mold, which defines its final shape. After a few seconds of cooling and solidification, the mold opens and the finished piece is automatically ejected. The cycle repeats continuously and with high precision, ensuring uniformity and productivity. Thanks to the use of modern and automated presses, we can obtain precise, durable, and customizable components, reducing waste and optimizing production times

ASSEMBLY AND PACKAGING: PRECISION, CONTROL AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL 

After the molding phase, the components are transferred to the assembly area, where each filter is precisely assembled by specialized personnel. This step is essential to ensure the functionality and safety of the finished product. Throughout the entire process, quality control staff are present to check each assembled piece one by one: visual and functional tests are carried out to ensure that each filter meets the company's technical and quality standards. Once the checks are passed, the filters are packaged with automatic systems, including a dedicated packaging machine that packs the products in an orderly, safe manner, ready for shipping. Careful packaging allows for more efficient logistics and protects the product during transport. The result is a complete in-house production cycle, from raw material to the filter ready to be installed.
